Hi, I have tried to contact via support, but it won’t let me me submit as the licence expired 2 months ago, but my issues aren’t support, it’s a bug in the theme.
I have 2 issues, the first where the theme states that my purchase code is already in use, which is not the case in any of my projects.
Also, I have 9 projects in my portfolio, but it only displays the first 8. If I add a 10th project, it displays projects 1-8, doesn’t show the 9th, but does display the 10th. There is something in the theme code that is hiding the 9th project.
I’m using the child theme, and I’ve upgraded the parent theme from v 1.8 to 1.12, the portfolio plugin and all plugins are the current version, so all seems up to date other than ‘Advance Custom Fields Pro’ which I can’t update and that I assume is to do with the licence above.
If you could provide a reply to these, that would be great, thanks.

I’ve reported the bug in your theme portoflio to Envato and that you refuse to fix your own problems and expect buyers to pay extra for you to fix it.
Having looked at your portfolio demo page – https://store.adveits.com/project/oxer/wp/demo/works/ – if any user looks at inspect element in most browsers, they will see that visually on the front end it displays 8 projects, but the inspect element shows there is a ninth project there, but you have CSS in place that hides this ninth project, and this is in the theme code.
This is useless for buyers as everytime a customer of this theme adds a new project, the ninth latest project is hidden, surely this is a simple fix you can sort out and role out an update immediately?
And as for your theme displaying a message that my licence is already in use, I’ve requested Envato to seriously look at this on both their end and yours as it is suggesting the illegal re-selling of licence codes, or even worse data has been compromised. I have proof of purchase on my Envato account and email, yet I can’t use my own licence?!!
To any potential buyers reading this, I genuinely don’t normally complain, but other authors have fixed their issues without a problem, I strongly suggest you consider another theme as you will only have slow or no response from this author and minimal support when they do.

hello, i like your theme. could the menu always open in the header? so the “mobile-menu” is only show in mobil and on desktop it will be a “normal” menu showed. is this possible?

I’ve installed the theme and installed the demo data, all seems to be running fine except for the Journal page, it doesn’t display the posts. The homepage does display the latest posts fine, and also on the Journal page, the sidebar does show latest posts, but the Journal body itself doesn’t display the demo posts. I have checked and the Journal page is set as the ‘Posts Page’ under Settings > Reading. If you could confirm how to correct thism that would be great. Thanks.

Ah, it seems that WP 5.6.1 was released yesterday, I was already on 5.6.0 but this small update seems to have fixed it. Thought I’d put this here in case someone else encounters the same issue. Thanks.
