Bought this theme a few months ago. The theme broke my WordPress. Now new updates are out and I wanted to reinstall the theme. Can not, because the purchase code is used. Created an account on the theme page to contact support. Is not possible, because no more support after 6 months. Contacted the Adveits team by mail but no feedback. I can not use the theme 🙁

Seriously? Technical support for money is one thing and okay. But being forced to create an account to use the theme and to contact support is another. The theme – what I paid money for – should be possible without extended support! Theme activation says Purchase Code is in use. But the code is not in use. But the code is not in use. I have written an email to your support mail but no response 🙁

It’s simple: if I buy a theme, I want to be able to use it! This has nothing, really nothing, to do with an extended support or the Evnato Policy! This is simply unwillingness and bad support from your side! Thanks for nothing!
