Are you not supporting the latest Advanced Custom Fields PRO on this theme anymore? I’ve downloaded the latest upgrade to the theme and I don’t see it in the folder. Please don’t ask me to open up a ticket or renew my support for $. This is a YES or NO answer. Thank you.

This doesn’t seem to be the case, as I downloaded your latest theme update (July 2022) and I still need to update Advanced Custom Fields PRO. I see the Child Theme hasn’t been supported in a long time (which I’m using). Every time I update the Child Theme (through your latest updates) it says it is up today – Version: 1.0.0. I don’t want to purchase Advanced Custom Fields PRO separately seeing it’s supposed to be supported by the theme. I also don’t want to be purchasing any support to try to investigate this problem as this should be an easy update if you are saying it’s supported.

The theme costs $ 59, to activate it I have to open the ticket, I can’t open it it’s been more than 6 months since I bought it (but not used !!!), now I have to pay another $ 41 to can I register in the ticket system to be able to activate the theme, in conclusion it costs me $ 100 a theme? Doesn’t that requirement seem a bit distorted? I repeat, I just want to activate it, not do anything else, I think you are not correct at all

Hi There, I just updated the theme and now have come across an error! The menu is not working properly. When you click on MENU you get a blank page, then once you click the X on the top right corner, you get to see the menu. If you click any word it goes to the blank page.
I don’t have support, and can’t afford it so therefore can not open up a ticket. Not sure why this happened when I just updated your theme.
Can you please help??
