Thank you for your reply, but it’s impossible to create a ticket.

I don’t intend to take out a 6-month support subscription again for this problem, which is in no way a request for support, but simply to resolve a licensing issue that is indeed out of scope.

We’re talking about a problem with my purchase code, which I have in my possession. I just want my purchase code to continue to work on my site, and only on one site, because I paid for it.

For information, I bought the theme in January 2021 for $59 and the 6-month extended support in January 2023 for $41.13.

I bought this theme in 2021 and everything is fine, I made my site without any problem but suddenly, it asks me: The Oxer theme must be activated! when the theme was already activated. I put in my code anyway, but he says: The code has been used.
