I don’t have support activated. So i can’t open a ticket.

I just want to be able to use the license I bought. At this moment I am not allowed to use it, even though the license is not being used by any project.
Is it possible to check the cause? And how to solve?

that’s the problem: I cannot reactivate the active the theme and neither open a ticket since it states “The support has expired”. Why would I need an extended support reactivating the theme while having a license?
